Double Opt-In Subscription

To protect your data and prevent unauthorized subscriptions, Beauty of Joseon applies a Double Opt-In process to all email marketing subscriptions. After you submit your email address, we will send a verification email to that address. Your subscription is only activated once you click the confirmation link in that email.

Data Collection and Use

Upon completion of the Double Opt-In, we collect and process your email address, subscription date, IP address, and opt-in confirmation logs. This data is used solely to deliver newsletters, personalized product recommendations, and promotions, and to verify lawful consent in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and the CAN-SPAM Act.

Withdrawal of Consent (Unsubscribe)

Your consent is entirely voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time, free of charge. Every marketing email from Beauty of Joseon includes an "Unsubscribe" link in the footer. You may also request removal from our mailing list by contacting [cs@beautyofjoseon.com].

Retention of Consent Logs

Even after you unsubscribe, we retain your opt-in and opt-out timestamp logs securely for a limited period in order to demonstrate compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
